Shipping Policy

 

At Hudhud House of Fashion, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. We aim to ensure your turban, headwear and selected items reach you beautifully packaged and on time.


 

 

International Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email.

 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details if you are outside the kingdom of Bahrain. 

During special launches or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.


 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

 

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Within Bahrain

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Express Delivery: Same day or next day (you’ll need to contact us directly for urgency)


GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar)

  • Standard International Shipping: 3–7 business days


International Shipping (outside GCC)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days


Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance and customs clearance.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment directly using the provided link.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Bahrain, across the GCC, and to select international destinations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply once your order reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Hudhud has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


 

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

 

We always strive for a smooth delivery experience. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if it appears lost or delayed, please contact us immediately at hudhudstore.co@gmail.com with your order number and details.

We’ll liaise with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and correct at checkout.

Hudhud is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

 

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Pieces

Certain items may be offered as pre-order or made-to-order pieces. In these cases, estimated dispatch dates will be clearly indicated on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, all products will be shipped together unless arranged otherwise.
